When are you most likely to catch up on your reading? Over the weekend or at the beginning of your week when you are fresh from a couple of days relaxing? The Digital Experiences Weekly Update is shifting to Mondays to offer you the same look at news and insights you might have missed last week, but still want to know about. (Of course you can still find the Digital Experiences Flipboard magazine updated daily with new articles.)
And a few things happened last week to remember (aside from the Super Bowl).
Some of the things you can read about:
Plus, I wrote about Webtrends’ 20 years in business. That’s a great look at the digital analytics industry in general and what Webtrends is doing.
And in my weekly column on InsideCXM.com, I took at look at Brand Advocates and how you develop these key relationships.
This week on the Diary, we have a couple of pieces coming including our talk with Doug Heise of CoreMedia and a closer look at SDL’s new Customer Experience Cloud. Stay tuned for those.
Keep an eye on the Digital Experiences Weekly Flipboard magazine and be sure to sign up for the Diary’s newsletter, we’ll start sending that out in March, but please sign up now while it’s fresh in your mind.
