SDL Launches New Versions of Social and Campaigns, Both with New User Experiences

Not to be out done today by Adobe’s big announcements, SDL has introduced a couple of its own we thought worth sharing. These are two of the key pillars of SDL’s Customer Experience Platform: SDL Social and SDL Campaigns. So what’s new?
SDL Social now boasts a completely new user experience for business users with access to easy to understand visualizations, charts and graphics of all your social conversations and social data.
Then there’s SDL Customer Journey Analytics, where you can model the best experiences for your customer journeys. This is actually a tool I’d like to see in action. Much is said about journey mapping, but how you do properly and what tools are available to help are big questions in my book.
SDL Campaigns, formerly the SDL Intelligent Marketing Suite, is now integrated with the rest of the SDL products through a single-sign on and user experience. A new digital intelligence offering captures real-time interaction data to support real-time decision making. Real-time capabilities are a must have with any marketing suite these days and we are seeing more and more CXM providers introducing their own approach to real-time streams.
Also, a new advanced campaign segmentation interface is available that leverages of the best the Alterian AMS Selection Planner.
Both solutions are delivered through the SDL Customer Experience Cloud, announced in January of this year.
