Keeping Up On Digital Marketing, CRM, and Personalized Email Marketing

February is in full swing and there is no shortage of reading for those who want to keep up to date on what’s happening in the customer experience industry. Whether you want to know more about e-commerce, marketing automation, content marketing, customer loyalty, analytics or something else, there is a ton of information out there to keep you reading every day. Last week I also contributed a post to Insidecxm.com on digital best practices. I also talked about research on personalizing email, and a new report from Forrester on Marketing automation (which I will be expanding on in more detail on this site tomorrow). In addition, InsideCXM asked me my thoughts on Customer Experience and I happily shared them. Check out that Q&A as well.

In case you missed it, we covered LeadTail’s new report on mid-sized marketer’s social media engagement – a great read if you are trying to reach marketers. We also talked about SDL’s new cloud CXM platform.

This week the focus here will be on marketing automation platforms. These platforms are driving much of the conversation in CXM today, mainly because they have the ability to offer so much for marketers, if implemented properly.
