This week there were two announcements from content management providers that focus on gaining traction in the US market through partnerships.
Let’s start with Hippo. The company’s open source web CMS is the base platform for AuthX Consulting’s ‘Global Brand. Local Marketing” digital marketing platform. AuthX takes advantage of key functionality within the Hippo platform including its new(ish) multi-channel management, content repository and personalization and targeting features.

Next up we heard that CoreMedia is growing its US market through a partnership with Good Leads. Good Leads does B2B demand generation and provides business development services, so it will help source new opportunities for CoreMedia throughout the US.
After extensive research, we selected Good Leads based on their straight forward approach to lead generation. We look forward to Good Leads delivering quality leads for our Web Content Management solutions offerings,” said Glenn Conradt, Vice President of Marketing.
In both cases, these partnerships will offer the content management vendors with great leads and opportunities to show their capabilities. Both already have US presence, but should see some extra growth that might not otherwise have happened. Although we always here that the three big CMS/CXM vendors in the US are Adobe, Sitecore and Acquia, there’s certainly plenty of space for more providers, especially to specialty markets and/ mid-sized organizations who can’t afford the higher price tags of the bigger vendors.
